I used to beg to stir the fudge. I was 7, maybe 8 years old. Back then, my stirring arms tuckered out long before the fudge was ready to come off of the stove (they still do, but I’ve learned you’ve just got to stir through it!) We’ve been using the same fudge recipe for 40 plus years now; one of those don’t fix it if it ain’t broken deals. You’re going to LOVE it!
